Helping Hands for Heritage (Tamar Valley AONB)

DBRC have been working with the Tamar Valley AONB Helping Hands for Heritage project to create opportunities for local volunteers to get involved in survey and monitoring their local biodiversity. A range of training events covering everything from otters, dragonflies, bats, moths and veteran trees to lichens is being delivered from last year's successful season into 2015/2016.  This program will continue to support Tamar Valley residents from all backgrounds to get engaged with a host of long term schemes aiming to enhance their knowledge of the local flora & fauna and to allow the AONB to report on changes to biodiversity over time.
